Effective managers are an important success factor for us. We offer managers an environment in which they can systematically expand and develop their skills. We have been able to recruit many of our management positions from within our own ranks.
We welcome and encourage networking within and outside our organisation. Job rotations in other departments are always possible and even actively supported. Employee mentorships for newcomers and professional network meetings also have a positive effect on our work and give us new ideas.
