Effective managers are an important success factor for us. We offer managers an environment in which they can systematically expand and develop their skills. We have been able to recruit many of our management positions from within our own ranks.

Departments regularly present their current tasks and key areas of work. In addition, guest lectures are offered by external experts from politics and business on current topics.
