Debt register account – Types of instruction

You can place your orders and issue instructions to us for your free debt register account in a number of ways:

The following table lists all the forms and downloads (in German language) you need to open your free debt register account and to place orders and issue instructions for your account. Please note the terms and conditions for the orders/instructions set forth on the respective forms.

If you do not have access to the telephone or online banking service, you can send us your orders/instructions by mail using the forms listed above.

If you do have access to the telephone or online banking service, you still need to send the following instructions to the Finance Agency by mail:

-          Instructions for exempting investment income from withholding tax at source

-          Instructions to deduct church tax at source

-          Instructions for using securities as rent deposit

-          Instructions for pledging securities

-          Transfers of German Government securities

-          Issuance of a power of attorney over the account

-          Notices of changes of address / bank account
